• Own, inspect, or guarantee listed cattle.

• Participate in transactions as a buyer, seller, or agent.

• Provide veterinary, legal, or financial advice.

• Openlivestock.com does not validate user identities or cattle information.

 

1.2 By purchasing, you irrevocably confirm:

• You inspected the cattle (or waived inspection) and accept all risks.

• You waive all claims against Openlivestock.com:​

  • Post-sale illness, injury, or death of cattle.

  • Financial losses from misrepresentation.

  • Regulatory penalties

Bidding and auctions

1.3 Technical Interruptions:

• The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted bidding.

• No recourse for "lost bids" due to:

  • Internet outages, software failures, or cyberattacks.

  • User errors (e.g., incorrect bid amounts).

 

1.4 Auction Resolution

OpenLivestock.co.uk may, at its discretion:

• Cancel auctions affected by technical failures or other reasons

• Award cattle to the last verified bidder pre-interruption.

Dispute resolution

 

1.5 Exclusive Remedy

• Disputes must be resolved directly between Buyer and Seller.

• OpenLivestock.co.uk will not directly participate.

 

1.6 Indemnification
Users agree to defend and hold harmless OpenLivestock.co.uk from all claims arising from their use of the Platform.

• Terms may be updated; continued use equates to acceptance.
